Below is a list of some of our most frequently asked questions. We are always willing to help and advise guests booking our villas, to ensure they have great stay while visiting South Africa. If you have any further questions please send an enquiry below.

How I do book a villa?

You can either browse our website and enquire about specific properties that suit your budget and needs, or send us an enquiry outlying your requirements. We will then send you details about the property you’ve enquired about or send you a list of suitable villas for your stay.

Once you’ve decided on the villa we will send through a simple booking form and request a 50% deposit to be paid within 7 days. Your booking will be confirmed by email after your deposit has been made.

What is the minimum stay for bookings?

Depending on the time of year, most bookings have a minimum stay of 2 to 3 nights. During the high season between, specifically between mid-December and mid-January (Peak Season) a stay of 14 nights is the standard minimum.

What is the standard check-in time at one of our villas?

The standard check-in time is 14:00pm. If it’s possible to accommodate an earlier check-in will can arrange this. Check-out is usually at 10:00am on the day of departure. Again, if it possible to accommodate a late check-out we will arrange this.

Are the villas serviced?

Yes. All our villas and apartments are serviced. This may vary depending on the length of your stay, and can be affected by public holidays. However, we can always arrange additional housekeeping to suit your needs.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes. Linen and towels are provided at all of villas.

How do we get to the villa from the airport?

If you are not hiring a car we can arrange for you and your party to be collected at the airport and transferred directly to your villa.

If we require additional concierge services can you provide?

Yes. We have an excellent range of additional services that we can arrange for you. Including, transfers, tours, chefs, butlers, personal trainers etc.. We are also on hand to advise where best to visit, especially when it comes to fine wine and dinning. Please enquire with us, and we will do our best to assist.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit/refundable breakages deposit varies with each property. Please enquire about this for your villa.

When do we pay the security deposit?

The payment of the security deposit/refundable breakages deposit is allowed up until the day of arrival.

When are security deposits usually returned?

Deposits are returned within seven working days, after an exception has been made of the villa. In the event of there being any missing items, damages or excessive mess we will use a reasonable part of your deposit.

What safety precautions are in place for children?

Many of our villas (but not all) do have measurements that can be put in place, including pool nets. Please enquire whether or not the villa is child-friendly. We will do what we can where possible to ensure the villa is child-safe.

Can we change the dates of our booking?

Should you need to change the dates of your booking, we will try our best to accommodate your booking at another time, or wherever possible.

Who can we contact during the stay if we have an issues?

One of our team will be in hand for you to contact throughout your stay should any issues arises. You will also be given a list of important contacts when you arrive at check-in – these numbers include fire, safety and medical emergency numbers.
